The word from Nathrop
I enjoyed your May issue, especially the article about local appelations. Having now lived in Nathrop for a while, I thought I would pass on some local “vocabulary” my nephews and I came up with.
I am officially a Nathropian; the local approach to life in general is nathropic; we tend to be nathropocentric, and nathropomorphic sounds good too (though I’m not sure how to use it).
